This Friday was a quiet and slow Friday and that is just my kind of day. Most of my days are this way. I took a picture of my favorite coffee mug. “Enjoy every moment” is a nice reminder to be aware of the present moment and all of the beauty within it. The sun was shining and the day was bright. And coffee is a day brightener all on its own.

I also chose a few makeup products today that brightened my day.

Today I wanted to wear Mac Whirl Lipstick. I hadn’t in a while. I wore the pencil and the lipstick. Also

And I captured some other beauty in my day. I took my dog for a walk.It was hot but beautiful still…

My dog ran free,
my shadow trailed behind.
I was somewhere in the middle,
moving
yet present
in time.
