Browsing drugstore makeup both online and in person is one of my favorite things to do. I mostly shop for drugstore makeup over high end. I’ve got more room to try more products this way. The ones listed below are some I have my eye on and some that I’ve purchased. My purchases are indicated by the shopping bags symbol🛍️. It’s like a window shop with me blog post. I’ll write about a few of the items I was considering buying and what I actually purchased.

I felt like looking for peach blushes🍑 so I googled “peach blushes” and the following three blushes stood out to me.

🍑e.l.f Primer Infused Matte Blush – Always Fresh

This one looks very peachy but seems to have a lot of red. It reminds me a lot of Mac Pinch Me which I already own. I don’t know how it actually swatches. But I decided to pass on it for now. I’ll just have to look at reviews for it.

🍑Nyx Professional Buttermelt Pressed Powder Blush – The Sooner the Buttah

I’ve been wanting to try this line of blushes. And I discovered the peach one on my google search so maybe I’ll get around to trying it at some point. The name “Butter melt” really stood out. So at some point I’ll have to put it to the test.

I’ll leave these alone for now because my blush collection is getting to be a little bit too much for right now.

Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara 🛍️

This is one I’ve wanted to try since high school and just never got around to it. And I finally purchased it. Back then, there was a short period where I was OBSESSED with mascara. And I tried so many drugstore mascaras and watched reviews on them. And bought the ones with claims for most length. I didn’t care much for volume back then. So it’s actually ironic that I never got to this one because it is marketed as a length mascara. And now, after over a decade, I’ve finally purchased it so I’ll see how I like it.

Maybelline Lash Stiletto Eyeliner

I’ve owned this eyeliner before and I really enjoyed it then. It had a felt tip applicator. And I don’t remember it holding a lot of product on the applicator like the Wet n Wild H2O eyeliners. They are my favorite drugstore eyeliners as of now. And the wands holding a lot of product are their only con. So I may revisit the Lash Stiletto at some point. They’ve gone on a to buy list. I want see if I like it now as much as I did when I used to use it.

Revlon lipstick – Daylight Delight 🛍️

This is a lipstick I’ve been thinking of getting for a while. It is in the pink family which is what I usually gravitate towards. I’ve seen a few good reviews on it. So I thought I’d give it a try.

Sally Hansen instant Cuticle Remover 🛍️

I was looking for a cuticle remover and I read reviews on this one and it got a lot of good ones so I went with this one. I currently use a Broadway cuticle remover which is a dollar store brand. It works okay but I’ve almost used all of it and I wanted to try one of a different brand or an actual nail products brand to see if it is as good as the reviews claim.

Wet n Wild Lip Liner – Lay Down the Mauves 🛍️

This is a lip liner that I already own and only have a tiny bit left. It is a nice muted plum/mauve shade. But just from the box I can tell that the color has been altered. Don’t you just love when brands change colors of certain products? And the changes always seem to make the product lighter…hmmm 🤔

Maybelline Ink Crayon – Reach High 🛍️

I already own a Maybelline Ink Crayon Lipstick in the shade Achieve it All. It is a nice formula and it’s light on the lips. And for being a matte product it is not drying at all. This shade(Reach High) was popular on the internet a while back so I bought it to try it out for myself and see what all the hype was about.😄

Maybelline Infallible Matte Resistance Lipstick – Snooze Your Alarm

I saw this one and I was drawn to the muted red color. But I’ll have to save it for another time. And I already have other reds that seem similar to it like Revlon Rum raisin.
