June Favorites 2025

And just like that it is already the end of June. It seems like I just wrote my May favorites post last week. And in fact all we did was blink and June is already over. I just wanted to share a few makeup favorites that I kept returning to this month. And one non makeup favorite that is becoming a real problem that I will not seek help for. 😀

Makeup Favorites

Wet n Wild Blush(Mellow Wine)

I’ve had this one for a couple of years now. It is a nice peachy shade that I think adds a bit of natural color to my cheeks. I didn’t gravitate to it for a while because I thought it was too warm. But I’ve worn it more than ever this month especially at the beginning of the month.

Mac Mineralize Skin Finish Natural (Dark)

This is a very recent purchase but I’ve used it everyday since I got it last week. And every time I wear liquid foundation I wear it on top. And it leaves a nice natural glowy finish. I plan on writing a more in depth review of it soon.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser(146)

This is a concealer I’ve been repurchasing since 2018. I stopped using it for a while and used only foundation. But since I’ve started wearing concealer and powder on some days this summer instead of foundation, I’ve rediscovered it. And I’ve used it regularly all through June. It has good coverage and the color match is about spot on. It’s good enough to wear without a foundation along with it.

Rimmel Stay Matte (Translucent )Powder

I’ve mentioned this powder too in my summer makeup post. And its been one of my go to setting powders to use after putting on foundation . It is truly translucent and doesn’t leave a white cast.

Non Makeup Favorites

Ben and Jerrys Ice cream container in the flavor Brownie Batter.

I tried this ice cream at the beginning of June and I’ve bought it several times since then. Once I start eating it it’s very hard to stop. It is like an ice cream sundae with brownie bites in it. I should have never discovered this ice cream because it is too good. Try it at your own risk.
