Maybe most people don’t think of coffee as a drink for relaxation. But it is a feel good drink. And that is what Self Care Saturday is all about. Coffee is one of my favorite things to drink. I have a cup everyday. It wakes me up and for someone who isn’t a morning person its a necessity. I like it hot or iced. I like coffee from an instant coffee maker. I like lattes, Americanos, and Cappuccinos. After lots of trial and error I’ve also found what I like to put in mine so that the flavor is to my liking when I make my own at home.
My favorite way to drink coffee is with half and half, vanilla creamer, and sugar.

Coffee is also a time to think and plan for the day. Have a cup, even if you have had one already. Have one even if you’ll be in hyper mode later or up all night. 😀
